Abstract Submission

Last date for abstract submission is 30th November, 2023. Visit this page before last date to submit your abstract. Abstract review will start begin immediately upon submission and selected participants will be notified. So make sure to register as early as possible.

Abstract submission guidelines :

  • All abstracts should be formatted in A4 size with default margins

  • Abstract should be maximum 300 words

  • Abstract should contain following fields
    <t    itle>  <author(s) with affiliation>  <keywords>  <abstract>

  • Mark presenting author with *

  • File should be in Times New Roman (Size 14 - title, Size 12 - Authors, Keywords and Abstract

  • Abstract should contain 1-2 lines introduction to the research question, brief methodology and efforts, major results and conclusion

  • To download abstract template click here...

  • File name for the abstract should include your initials. Eg. "adv_aip24.docx"
